Web-Only! This new sport, a tetraploid form of H. 'Peedee Gold Flash', comes from Virginia's Mobjack Nursery...home of Hosta 'Patriot'. The small, 12" tall x 21" wide clump is composed of medium-green leaves with a very wide golden center that changes to parchment as it matures. One of the neat effects is to constantly have both color leaf centers on the plant simultaneously. The red-tinted leaf petiole adds another dimension of interest to this unique hosta. The clump is topped with 2' tall spikes of dark lavender flowers in midsummer. Pot size: 2 qt. (1.892 L)
