When the tuber is old enough to have conjugal visits, you'll notice a cute little pink cup holding a light pink priapism. No need to worry, however, as the condition will resolve itself in a couple of days...less if it can find a suitable mate. A. carneus does form tuber offsets, so that it can be shared.
